With knowledge being a key value here at Three Twenty Search, Martin is stepping up his reading game...!
The start of a new school year seems a good time to revisit a challenge that I set myself a few years ago; reading a non-fiction book a month for that calendar year. This time around I intend to be a bit more free flowing - there will be no target deadlines (it’s not as if I am actually at school...), and the subjects do not even need to be work related (it can be on any topic); it just needs to be non-fiction, and ideally a book that has been recommended. I’ll still read fiction because it tends to be relaxing and helps me to get to sleep - this all about learning some new stuff, and sharing some insights & good recommendations across my network.
The first up has been recommended by Aaron, and it’s from the rugby legend that is Dan Carter - The Art of Winning: Ten Lessons in Leadership, Purpose and Potential.

If you had to recommend one non fiction book, what would it be? Any topic - just something that you really enjoyed...
